Before we ask you to sign the final contract, we are specific about the products and services we will provide, establish a workable timetable to suit your needs, and address all of your questions and concerns.

Whether you are doing basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, or installing an egress window, we understand what a major decision this is for you and always provide you with references to prior customers who have already implemented a similar project.
Having Knowledgeable Professionals
All of our professionals are knowledgeable about the products we use and the services we provide. When we install your basement waterproofing systems, we also may point out how clogged gutters or poor soil drainage may be contributing to your basement water problem. We are available before, during, and after the project to answer your questions and concerns and don’t consider the project finished until you are 100% satisfied.

While we are working in your home, we take special care to protect your property, personal possessions, and pets. We try to cause the least amount of disruption and will cover or relocate and replace personal items and furnishings during the duration of the project.
Cleaning Up after Work
At the end of each day, our professionals clean up the work area so it provides the least amount of disruption to your family’s daily activities. Upon completion of the project, we make certain that the entire area is cleaned up and restored so that you would not even know we had worked there.

At Jerry’s Waterproofing, all of our work is guaranteed, and our projects are not complete until our customers are 100% satisfied. While we rarely receive complaints, we are always available to address any follow-up questions or concerns in the same professional and timely manner.
